Yesterday, in session, my therapist told me I was very skillful and that she was proud of me. Enough said. Also, if you want to smile, check out these super happy emoticons I searched on Google.

Burned Out

We need to always try to be aware of our emotional and physical vulnerabilities. Recognizing when we are over-tired, stressed, need food/haven't eaten, and when our hormones may be out of whack is crucial. Only then can we take  the proper steps to help ourselves feel better.
