We need to always try to be aware of our emotional and physical vulnerabilities. Recognizing when we are over-tired, stressed, need food/haven't eaten, and when our hormones may be out of whack is crucial. Only then can we take the proper steps to help ourselves feel better.
One of the most important things you can do is to advocate for yourself!!!!!
